Sourcing
In 2015, we set up our buying office in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with an enthusiast group of vast experience workforce which showed the path of success. We are sourcing all kinds of garments items through buying office. We have a well-established countrywide vendor connection and a great experienced team that makes United Textile Company (UTC) a specialist in sourcing. Our dynamic, hardworking, trustworthy and determined team makes the company explore the unexplored possibilities of sourcing the best garments.

Production
In2020, we established our associated manufacturing unit Named: ZXY Apparels Ltd, BISCIC, Narayanganj, Bangladesh. Our factory currently making knit items such as T-shirts, Polo shirts, Tank tops, vests, sweatshirts etc. We also have a long term good rapport with the standard compliance factory in the countrywide where we can source as your requirement with the best bargaining.

Price Negotiation
We know that the price is the key to profitability. Therefore, we also offer a competitive price for our clients without any compromise on quality. The price negotiation is kept transparent with the knowledge of the buyer. We take extra care to maintain transparency and competitiveness when it comes to price negotiation.

Product Sampling
We offer sampling as per our client’s design requirements. We have an in-house sampling unit that take care of all the sampling process. We assist in developing designs as per clients specifications. The buyer confirms the fit and style with the help of samples. We make samples for an entire size set. Once the client approves the samples, it becomes a benchmark for the remaining work.

Quality Assurance
Quality is our priority. We never compromise with quality. We believe only quality products and services can make a client satisfied. And a satisfied client is our key to go forward. The company comprises experienced and knowledgeable staff whose expertise in Sourcing, Inspections and other related services. Providing the right services and at the right time is our key. Our internal Quality Assurance Department (QAD), under the leadership of a highly experienced quality control manager, along with a team of well-trained quality inspectors, operates the QAD independently and autonomously with the production team. Modern fashion inputs, advanced technologies, brand new fabrics, and value additions make us different.

Shipment and Followup:
We have strategic tie-ups with Shipping Agents/ Courier companies in all the manufacturing centres, which facilitates prompt delivery of shipments. Our Merchants very closely monitor all orders to ensure that they are shipped on time as per schedule. Our clients are also continuously updated about the movement of the goods, enabling them to make informed decisions in their own countries.
